– To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. They will guide you through the exchange process.
– Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

2. Refund Policy:
– We do not offer refunds on t-shirt purchases unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

– We will assess the situation and, if deemed valid, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

3. Size Exchange and Additional Charges:
– If you need to exchange your t-shirt for a different size, we are happy to assist you.
– However, please note that if you are exchanging the t-shirt solely due to a size change, an additional charge of ₹80 will apply to cover the handling and shipping expenses associated with the exchange.
– The ₹80 fee will be communicated to you by our customer service team when initiating the exchange process.

Any type of Complain (Like- There was a tear inside the t-shirt; I ordered one type of t-shirt and another type of t-shirt arrived; Instead of a t-shirt, something else came in the packet etc.) an Unboxing video is must for Submitting a complain/Return/Exchange.
